Santana’s Appliance is a small, family-owned business based out of Hutto, Texas. Go, Hippos! Rafael Santana, owner and technician, has been in the automotive and appliance repair industries for a combined years of service/technical trade since 1996. He decided to take a leap of faith and start his company in 2015. He and his wife, Annabel, have been married for 16 years. They have two amazing boys and two loving pit bulls.
Santana’s Appliance is an LG, GE and Frigidaire/Electrolux authorized servicer, and works on most domestic appliances and brands. We look forward to providing you will excellent service. Thank you for your support!

A security deposit of $60.00 will be collected on all appointments scheduled via credit card at time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the call out fee. Security deposit is refundable if appointment is cancelled 2 DAYS prior to day of appointment.

Regular Diagnostic/Callout fee is $120.
Our regular diagnostic/callout fee is $120 for North Austin area. This fee is applied towards the cost of repair. Some areas may require additional fee based on location.

First Responders (Fire, Police, EMT) WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! $15 dollars off your call out fee. This fee is applied towards the cost of repair.
$15 off for Teachers
